Based in northern Utah, Dr. Kemp holds a Ph.D. from the University of Utah, College of Social and Behavioral Sciences. In his distinguished career he has taken a dual career track having amassed over 30 years experience in the corporate world, most of which with Alliant Techsystems, a 4 Billion dollar Aerospace/Defense contractor along with over 30 years experience teaching at the University level. Throughout his career Dr. Kemp has received frequent recognition and numerous awards, published several papers and conducted hundreds of training programs in the areas of Leadership, Management and Organizational Change.
