Dr. Don Grayson has worked full-time as a management consultant since 1981. He assists his clients' organizations to:
· Understand strengths and limitations through organization and management studies.
· Strengthen its work groups through the design and facilitation of customized team building sessions.
· Develop its management talent through coaching, training and 360 degree feedback assessment.· Hire or promote the best talent through psychological evaluations.
Dr. Grayson joined the international consulting firm, RHR International Inc., in 1981. He was a top performer in that firm until his departure in 1987. He has pursued an independent practice since them, partnering with other firms to help manage larger assignments. He has worked with Dr. Ron Rembisz for over 20 years in a variety of clients and industries. Prior to his consulting experience, Dr. Grayson directed the career counseling program at the University of Tennessee.
Dr. Grayson obtained his Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts and his Masters and Doctorate degrees in Counseling Psychology from the University of Utah.
In addition to his consulting practice, Dr. Grayson has authored articles on executive coaching and has co-developed the Professional Development Report, a computer generated personality report for use in the workplace.
Clients commend Dr. Grayson for his ability to establish rapport easily, making it safe for others to quickly "open up" and get to the task of improvement. They say that he relates well to all levels of the organization and may be called in to intervene by executive management or recommended by the union.
